To achieve the above target, we issue safety pamphlets, safety banners on important days on free of cost to the industries and we also support the families of industrially injured people financially and morally. We also conduct free safety training programs in medium based industries, small construction companies, schools, ITI’s, colleges and other educational institutions to spread the safety awareness.

Under the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 and the State Factories Rules, equipments such as Hoist and Lift, Lifting Machines, Lifting Tackles, Power presses, Conveyor, Safety belt, Oven and Drier and etc. are required to be periodically examined and tested by a "Competent Person" approved by the Chief Inspector of Factories, for the period and purpose mentioned in the Certificate of Competency granted to such as a person / institution. We provide service on the same.
Safety Risk Audits identify risks and hazards within your workplace and provide an action plan to minimize/eliminate the risks and hazards. Our safety audit should be carried out by an occupational health and safety professional from various industries and experience. A safety risk audit will address matters that are clearly in the interest of the productivity and safety of the workplace and therefore it resolves the safety management issues.
New Factories should have their Building Plan & Machinery Lay-out Plan approved by Factory Inspectorate. For the same, the regular plans should fulfill the stipulations laid down in Factories Act & Rules. We have experience in preparing such plans and have them approved with necessary liaison.
Existing Factories keep adding, deleting or altering the position of their machinery or go for an expansion with both building and machinery. Such changes need to be brought to the notice of Factory Inspectorate and approval obtained for the changes, which can be obtained by us.
As per Rule 12 B and Section 6, any building which is to be used as factory building is required to have the approval of factory building plan, for that you need the stability certificate, The stability certificate is required for taking Factory Building Plan approval from the Director, Industrial Safety and Health, The Competent person issue the certificate. Now this building plan approval is mandatory for issuing License for factory.
Factories are mandated to obtain Building Stability Certificate once in 3 years, and Installation/Construction Certificates every once after revised approval is obtained. We shall visit your factory and issue the relevant certificates after due inspection.
As per the first schedule (see section 2 (cb)), your factory comes under hazardous process. Due to the above reasons, As per Chapter IV – A, section 41 A, If a factory involving hazardous process should get grant of permission for initial location or expansion of any such factory, from Site Appraisal Committee. (That means SAC makes its recommendations to the Government for grant of permission for initial locations or expansion of a factory)

If an accident/incident occurs in an Industry, its impact is confined or restricted to the Industry premises, involving only its employees and the property within is termed as On-On-Site Emergency. It is a systematic plan or procedure which is designed to control emergency situations so as to provide safety and security to the stakeholders until the business continuity or normal business plan resumes. Statutory Provision Under Section 41(B) (4) every Occupier is to prepare Onsite Emergency Plan and detailed disaster control measures for his factory. Again under provision of Rule 13 of the Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules 1989, it was urged that the occupier shall prepare and keep up to date On-Site Emergency plan containing details how major accidents will be dealt with on the site on which the industrial activity is carried on and that plan shall include the name of the persons who is responsible for safety on the site and names of those who are authorized to take action in accordance with the plan in case of emergency. Preparation of On-Site Emergency Plan by the occupier is mandatory.
Reducing the occurrence of accidents is a key goal in achieving commercial and technical objectives at a facility. However, accidents inevitably still do occur and must be investigated to ascertain their causes and contributory factors.
